About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Train and able to perform all job assignments for Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst
- Provides cross-functional coordination in the scheduling of tasks around the manufacturing and logistics of individual orders placed for US commercial, European Union (EU) and Rest of World (ROW) including Clinical trials, Off-label shipments and Compassionate use programs.
- Coordinates all sales orders that come from the CellChain order platform, and ensures there are no issues preventing manufacturing or distribution from the manufacturing plant. Raise Novasol and/ or SNOW tickets to address issues as identified.
- Serve as the liaison across Quality, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of order fulfillment.
- Support BPO’s for order management platform, SAP S/4 HANA and maintenance any specific apps in BTP owned by the CIM team.
- Tracks and reviews orders and GPS monitors/temperature loggers for any deviations when necessary.
- Confirm Proof of Delivery (POD), resolve invoicing discrepancies, and support product returns or credits via the GOCA process.
- Partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse and 3rd party couriers around scheduling/timing of CGT shipments and make any needed changes + communicate out as needed. Monitor spend with couriers and look for opportunities to optimize and reduce costs.
- Schedules third party courier services to ensure shipment of orders meets the required timelines (accounting for international customs requirements).
- Handle S4/Hana transactions, creates SOPs for all transactions/processes and manage departmental SOP’s
- Support 1QEM records as needed
- Supports EU/ROW orders direct to customers as well as Distribution depot and communicate to internal stakeholders in advance of shipment.
- Supports creation and maintenance of Master Data in the ERP system (as needed).
- Meets or exceeds all Quality System requirements for pertinent areas of management.
- Proactively communicating status, issues, and actions to senior management.
- Tracks each shipment throughout life cycle.
- Supports Launch team activities including the development of logistics processes for new region/markets.
- Coordination around temperature and GPS tracking for shipments leaving the facility (for commercial, MAP and clinical trials).
- Reviews/creates custom invoices prior to shipment to confirm all requirements are met (for Sale Orders for international customers/shipments).
- Builds procedures/processes to support the return of goods process.
- Other related duties as assigned.
