During build-up phase and S4HANA ( SAP) implementation project, coordinate and represents Pilot Plant organization in design, acceptance testing and adopt phases.
About the Role
Key responsibilities:
- Manages the operational aspects of supply chain, from procuring materials to shipping finished products. Also coordinates external service providers and key vendors for supply chain services.
- Oversees and executes continuity management for supply chain aspects and represents RLT Pilot Plant Warehouse & Logistics in relevant networks.
- Leads local stages of S4/HANA SAP implementation at the site, including User Acceptance Testing, and acts as the main contact for TRD global functions and SAP teams.
- Provides SAP expertise to other associates of Pilot Plant and maintains operational discipline and adherence to GMP/HSE within Warehouse & Logistics.
- Sets and monitors key milestones, ensuring performance, quality, and budget adherence, in collaboration with the Supply Chain Lead.
- Identifies gaps in processes and opportunities for improvements, developing solutions in conjunction with the Process Expert and GMP/HSE Officer.
- When chosen, acts as a project leader or member for process improvement activities, ensuring Warehouse & Logistics deliverables meet supply performance, timeline, budget, and quality/compliance standards.
- Takes on responsibilities as the System Owner for assigned systems and equipment, supports major Deviations and Change Requests, and provides knowledge and accountability during internal and external audits.
Essential requirements:
- Over 4 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a GxP or Pharma environment.
- Experience with dangerous goods shipments and managing 3rd party warehouse and logistics providers.
- Knowledge in radiopharmaceutical field is desirable, with experience in radioactive sources logistics.
- Strong understanding of SAP, with preference on S4/HANA system implementation.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Demonstrates technical knowledge in supply chain.
- Professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment.
